While the hotel had its perks, like a fantastic city view and friendly staff, there were a few hiccups. The elevators took ages, and the bar menu was quite limited, which was disappointing. Overall, though, it was a decent stay in a great location.

Check-in took a frustratingly long time, compounded by a lack of communication about the ongoing system issues. The room felt cramped, lacking basic amenities like a phone and adequate toiletries. Housekeeping had missed some essentials, which left the impression that my room was more of an afterthought during busy times. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, making tasks difficult for those needing it for business. Dining also left something to be desired. the limited menu options didn't quite meet expectations, and the quality of room service missed the mark.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the local shops and had a great dinner at the hotel restaurant. The staff was super helpful in storing our bags while we enjoyed our last day. Perfect location for shopping and easy access to transport.

The location is fantastic! We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a suite, which was super spacious, even though it only had one bedside lamp missing its shade. A nice touch was the welcome drink we received at the bar, setting the right mood for our stay.

we celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and from the start, the staff were so friendly n welcoming. they gave us complimentary drinks and sweet treats in our room which was super thoughtful. the breakfast in the mornin was delish, really set us up for the day. overall, loved the vibe and attention we got from the crew.

the only downside was that the lift was slow, and it took some time to get to our floor. also, some areas could use a lil update.

Noise isolation was subpar. sounds from adjacent rooms disrupted the stay, making it hard to relax.
